From now until the October break we are extending the Saturday Stonehaven sessions until 1.30pm. This is to give riders the opportunity to develop their fitness on the grass track after the normal coaching session.
The focus for this block is Cyclocross skills. Coaching sessions will run from 11.30 – 12.30 as normal. Those riders who would like to stay for an extra hour will be able to race the grass track bikes under coach supervision.
We have a number of larger track bikes suitable for adults. We have 60″, 58″, 56″ and 54″ bikes and encourage parents to give it a go too. Just remember to bring food and drink to keep riders going during the extra session.
