Ben Greenwood – British Cycling’s Regional Performance Pathway Coach for Scotland & North East will be running an East/Mid cluster session at Ingliston on Saturday (13th December). The session is open to all youth riders in Scotland.
The ages are A, B and 2nd year C for 2015, so 1999-2003. The session is also open to Junior girls.

9.00am-1.00pm (Weather dependent)
Boys and girls born 1999-2003 & Junior women born 1997-1998
Riders should bring a parental consent form if they can. Spares are available on the day.
Bunch riding, chaingangs, Team TT, cornering (It’s physical)
Clean road bike with youth restricted gears (mudguards optional)
Inner tube x 2, Tyre levers, Pump

Riding kit for cold weather (helmet, shoes, overshoes, gloves, hat, tights, jacket, rain cape etc) plus spare riding kit in case it gets wet!
Food/drink for 4 hour session
A towel & Warm clothes to get changed into afterwards
Riders can bring rollers if they’ve got them. (we might use them depending on the circuit conditions)
Weather forecast is extremely cold but dry. If there’s ice on the circuit at 9am we’ll start with a workshop inside.
